Your plans stay on your device

When you use a plan, your answers, notes, calculator numbers and decisions are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. We do not receive them, and they are not sent to any server. You can export, import or delete them from My Progress, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Analytics and your choice

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages, ideas and tools are useful. The Google tag loads on every page with Google Consent Mode. Until you choose "Allow analytics", analytics storage stays off: no analytics cookies are set, and Google only receives cookieless signals (such as a page was viewed) that are not tied to an identifier on your device.

If you allow it, Google Analytics also records things like the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser type and your approximate location, and sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<id>. We count a few plan milestones (starting a plan, finishing a step, reaching your First Win, choosing what to do next, finishing the plan) using only the idea and step names. What you type into a plan is never sent. Advertising features and ad personalisation are always off. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Other storage

We store your analytics choice in local storage so we don't ask again on every page. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and protect the site.

What we don't do

• No accounts, sign-ups or passwords.
• No payments on this site.
• No advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data.
